I was highly satisfied with my experience at Hand and Stone massage because it is always a clean and relaxing atmosphere. The staff is always welcoming and kind. And the service I receive is wonderful and well worth the cost!

The massage therapists that my mom and I had were very nice and professional but EXTREMELY inexperienced!!! I have gotten a ton of massages and this was by far the worst. We each paid $129.99 plus tax and neither of us felt it was worth the money. We were very disappointed. I told her I had knots in my neck and upper back and neither was addressed. I actually was uncomfortable in my neck when I got in the car but was worse than when I went it. Like I said they were both very nice and professional. I just think they need some more help/classes on how to do a proper massage. We definitely won’t be back.

BJ was a fantastic massage therapist!!! My back pain is gone and I still feel great even a few days later. Loved it!!!

Julienne is one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever had. I always leave feeling so much better than when I came in. She’s the only person I will go to…she’s that good!

Kori, my facial specialist, is very knowledgeable and friendly. I have absolutely recommended her to my family and friends who've expressed interest in receiving a good and well performed facial.
