I wanted to request the massage therapist I had before, I couldn't remember her name. The receptionist helped me figure out that it was Dinora. She was amazing the 1st time and she was amazing the 2nd time around.. Customer service was great I will be back!

Making my appointment was easy, the person on the phone was extremely friendly. I felt very welcomed when entering the spa. My therapist was very friendly, informative, and accommodating.

Rachael is an excellent therapist. She always makes sure I’m comfortable and knows the areas I want worked on. I will and would highly recommend her to my friends!

Hand and stone always has the friendliest receptionist. Ana is hands down the best esthetician, she is so thoughtful, personable and kind. I always enjoy my time with her and at hand and stone.

From the entrance - 1. the receptionists maintain the CDC guidelines for COVID. They are friendly. I noticed that they great the clients with their names making them welcoming. My massage Therapist - BJ 1. He was on time. He did not waste my time. Immediately he went to business - massage 2. He asked me about my concerns about the massage, what part of my body that needs concentration, the temperature on my massage bed. His gentle but did what I asked of him for my pressure areas concerning my back. It was so relaxing I feel asleep 3. At the end, I got water after to hydrate. For me everything is worth the money I gave for my membership and gratuity, Thank you

Jazmyne at desk was super nice and explained everything so well. Yolanda (therapist) was amazing, and I became a lifestyle member to continue to receive treatment with her to help my arthritis. I am very happy with the value/experience.

The therapist was very knowledgeable. She listened well to the places I told her needed extra attention. Was very pleasant and enjoyed the pressure and effort she took during the session.
