I am greeted by name upon arrival and everyone at the reception desk is very friendly and accommodating. Ana is very knowledgeable as a facial esthetician. She makes recommendations based upon examination of my skin; however is never pushy about what services I should have. She is a complete professional and I always leave feeling relaxed and with improved skin .

Jenia was wonderful. Knowledgable and professional. We even had a few laughs. My facial was wonderful. I will be doing it again soon.

Front desk staff was very polite and helpful. The massage was very relaxing and I had a great experience. I am interested in returning to learn more about products I can use at home as well. I felt safe and comfortable during the experience.

It is always very relaxing getting a massage at Hand and Stone. The value is excellent. My only complaint is that an hour massage never seems like an hour.

My only feedback is that I proactively tried to have my records transferred to this Hand and Stone before my appt. After coming out of my massage they couldn't find the gift cards on my account which was frustrating. They did end up finding the gift card numbers, but it was 5-10 mins anxiously waiting. I would recommend a better way to resolve billing issues ahead of time so it doesn't undo the massage affects. Kenny is amazing and is the reason I am a customer of any H&S!

Very friendly staff and environment. Easy to book and enjoyed BOGO deals. Cassidy was great and I would recommend her to anyone. I do wish the same BOGO deal from last year was this year but the price increased.
