First experience and it was grear

My therapist was very attentive, listened well, paid attention to the specific areas I needed help with. April was personable and easy to talk to but also quiet during the massage allowing me to relax more than I ever have during a massage.

The therapist was friendly and made me feel comfortable. The therapist concentrated on the areas that we discussed as being problematic. The room was warm and relaxing. The receptionists were friendly and made me feel welcome.

I had not had a massage since the beginning of the pandemic--Lauren was a gem! She made me feel comfortable and at ease--understood my "Quirks" (I don't like to have my feet touched...) and gave me the most relaxing and soothing massage ever. I will definitely be back, and I would love to ask for her again!

Apart from the late start time, the massage and facial services themselves were up to the usual high standard of service that I've always had at Hand and Stone.

it comes down to how well the therapist is. Joesph is new and I am a returning customer after being vaccinated. Joesph did an excellent job with my deep tissue issues and was willing to add more or take less pressure off. As he should do
