The Hancock center Hand and Stone is always a pleasant experience. I am always greeted when I walk in and always on time. The only thing I greatly dislike is the Tippy service. If I choose to tip, why am I being charged. I have had all this explained to me but I feel insulted and disrespected by the idea that I have to pay in order to charge a tip.

The staff is always very friendly. My schedule is complicated and busy but I can almost always find an appointment in the time frame I am looking. Micah is fantastic. He's friendly and personable while also being very professional. And he does amazing work!
