Very friendly staff

The cleanliness score is based on areas that are not part of a "normal" prep for the client. It's where things need to be moved so vacuuming or dusting can occur. Equipment bases, shelves on carts where aesthetican supplies are kept, etc.

I have been a member for almost 12 years. I hope I can continue forever as it helps me so much. I love Hand & Stone as well as all of the staff. Thank you for wonderful feelings of relaxation and pain relief.

The reception is friendly. Would love more ambient area while I wait dimmed light, and sounds like tropical . Mercedes was the best so far heard me about aches and pains and targeted them. Look forward to returning. Thank you!
