Hand and Stone

I scheduled three massage appointments, one for me and the others for my daughter and daughter-in-law. The entire process went smoothly and the staff was totally helpful and friendly. We all had great experiences. My massage therapist was awesome, truly the best massage I have had at Hand and Stone. He was respectful and attentive.

From the moment I entered the building the staff members were very friendly. They checked us in and offered us the water options. Our Therapist greeted us and took us to our massage rooms and explained everything. Then they performed our massages. Micah was very attentive to the areas that I expressed concerns with. I was pleased and was excited to book my next appointment. Checkout was also a smooth process.

I tried booking online but could not because it needed my gift card number (which I do not have). But calling in was super easy, and everything was perfect from that point on. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The massage was amazing!

I was highly satisfied with my experience because Lizzy was booked solid and I chose any male employee for my deep tissue and I was placed with Darian and he did an AMAZING job focusing on my problem areas as I requested and the pressure was great. I was so relaxed by the end I could barely get up and get dressed! I wanted to fall asleep right there! :)

Love working with Adell, Katilyn, Maddie & all the receptionist. Assistant manager Desiree is excellent I enjoy the time I get spend with them. Julienne is excellent she knows exactly what I want and need. I book all my appointments with her. Kendra is excellent for facials. I enjoy every minute. I even stop by just to say hello.

My therapist spent time listening to me and my concerns, and focused on the areas that needed worked on. The room was clean and comfortable, and my session was exactly on time. I love this location!

I was very satisfied with my visit because it was a great experience. My girl friend and I were having a girls day. We got a massage and a facial. We both enjoyed it. Everyone was nice.
