The receptionists were very welcoming and easily checked me in while also offering me a beverage. The forms were easy to fill out. My massage therapist was very professional and easy to communicate with.

The massage I received felt amazing. I appreciate that they allowed me to gift my husband one of my services, and that they let the two of us split the value of a service on upgrades.

My therapist Laura was amazing and I made sure to let her know and thank her. But the sales lady at the front desk was not very helpful nor willing to earn future business. Hello John, you know my girlfriend Stephanie Shaffer and I met you once a while back. On a previous visit, another young sales lady gave me some information to sign up for the monthly massage package for $69.00 and said when I was ready, to ask for her and that she could waive the initiation fee as well. I tried to sign up for that on this visit and I was told that the price is now $80.00 and she was not able to waive the initiation fee. But suggested that I sign up and she could make it $75.00 monthly. I appreciate that but it didn't really make me feel wanted and appreciated or tried to earn my business by the way it was handled. Not mad, just a little disappointed because Stephanie speaks very highly of you and this place.

This is my calming monthly reset, my "Me" time, and my self care treatment. I look forward to seeing my esthetician, Anna, for my monthly facials, which leave my skin looking amazing and leave me feeling mentally refreshed and relaxed. Anna is very skilled and knowledgeable, and her calming, kind, and serviceable demeanor really set the tone for a wonderful experience.

Therapist was extremely skilled and responsive to my request regarding pain areas. Space was very clean and pleasant. Scheduling was easy and the receptionist was kind.

Isaiah is fantastic. He worked on my neck and I felt several spots "pop" back into place. He is very good with working out stressed areas.

Really loved how my skin looked and felt immediately after. Two days later my skin still feels and looks fresh.

For my most recent appointment Alicia was my therapist. She is is very knowledgeable, cordial and expertly addressed the chronic pain I have in my shoulders and back. Alicia is an excellent professional therapist and I enthusiastically recommend her for your next appointment.

All employees took time to educate me about my first massage. I was comfortable and well taken care off.
