I am a planner, so when H&S emails to let me/members know that books are open for the next few months, I RUSH to my computer. It' SO easy to plan my massages ahead, espeically if I'm going to see my favorite masseuse, BJ. It's something I can look forward to each month, and I LOVE how friendly the staff are at my location. They know my name and are genuinely happy to answer questions I have. 12/10 recommend!
