The front office staff is friendly and knowledgeable and strive to make me feel welcome. I am highly satisfied with my usual provider, Trish for her technique and knowledge. When Trish is not available, it is fairly easy to book an appointment with another therapist and for the most part they are good at their craft. I love the online booking system.

Lauren is an outstanding massage therapist. She has a clear understanding of muscle attachment, body movement and physiology. She knows how best to alleviate muscle tension or help reduce an issue in a problem area. She is so in tune with body mechanics that she can detect a problem in one area of the body that may be causing discomfort in another area. Each of her massages are different and her work is determined by the muscles' needs. Her skill level is exceptional!!

Rachel concentrates on my problem areas. Always feel better when I leave. Appointments are always on time. Front desk very friendly.
