The massage therapist was very good and listened when we talked about pressure and sore areas. The only negative was nothing to do with her. The music was weird and didn’t transition well. Loud and then nothing and load again.

I have regularly enjoyed my entire experience at the Hand and Stone, Hancock location. The staff is pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. I have purchased products and pleased with use and price of products. Membership increases and tipping costs have made me think twice about continuing my membership. The mobile app doesn't work, and no one is able to help me with it.
