The facility is nice and well maintained. The staff are all very polite and professional. The therapist was engaging and worked to make sure I had a positive experience from my visit.

Trish is always willing to listen to my wants and needs for my service. She is very constant at each service. She is the reason I use this location. Management seems to have a good flow at this location. Staff is always friendly and happy. I do wish I didn't have to fill out the same form at EVERY visit. Can that not be left on file?

I enjoy the friendly environment and the confidence and relaxation that I feel every time I leave. The staff ensures that they are using and recommending the best products that work for me. I enjoy my overall experience whenever I go to the spa.

Appointment on time - all staff friendly and helpful - esthetician who gave me a facial explained all the products used and made sure that I was comfortable. After the treatment my face looked better than it ever had! I am 65. Will definitely return for another facial and other services!
