When you first arrive you’re greeted by friendly spa associates, offered water (many flavor options!), and given the opportunity to use the restroom and lounge in a comfy chair in the waiting area. The products for sale are displayed very neatly, and everything is clean. And of course the massage is the icing on the cake. Trish is incredibly attentive and intuitive. I truly don’t even feel that I have to explain what is hurting, she will find it.
