The facility is always spotless. The therapist and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them I have very much enjoyed my membership!

I have been a member for a few years, and have not gone regularly. When I had a bunch of services built up, I started going weekly. I had a little trouble finding a therapist that I was very satisfied with...then I found BJ (I do not know his last name). My plan was to use up all my services and quit my membership. I am caught up on my services and after seeing the health benefits I am experiencing from these massages and BJ's expertise, I do not want to give up membership now! I have enjoyed going weekly, then every other week and now slightly saddened to only have one a month! I am grateful that I didn't loose services paid for and was able to utilize them in my timeframe. Thank you!

Therapist was very good at her job. I am not satisfied that booking online for “any available therapist” doesn’t reveal who it will be. When trying to book only a few days in advance, very few appointments are available.

Everything was great.

Everyone at the reception desk is friendly and polite, and they told me about deals, and they gave me free flavored water that was very delicious. Also, my therapist, Kassidy, is excellent.

I love the Hancock Village Hand and Stone location in Midlothian. They are always so warm, welcoming, and supportive. Laura is my regular massage therapist, and I cannot say enough good things about her. I have experienced a lot of trauma in my life and massage is difficult for me but helps with physical impairments. Laura makes me feel safe, explains resources that can support my functioning/well being, and always adjusts to my needs. Thank you Laura and Midlothian team for giving me a an outlet of self-care!!
