I love This Hand and Stone. Front desk staff is always welcoming and friendly (especially Deseree’), greeting everyone right when they enter. They ask if you need anything or would like some water. Waiting room is calming and clean. My massage was wonderful! I tend to prefer deeper pressure massages and Chris was fantastic. I look forward to my next massage!

Julienne is the most amazing massage therapist I have EVER been to!!

My esthetician Ana is very sweet and knowledgeable and lets me know what she recommends for my skin before the facial starts. She is so good that I have to book her way ahead of time! The only thing I would change is how eager they are to use my credits in one appointment. Last time they wanted me to use three for one facial. I was incredibly sick for 2 months and couldn’t use my credits regularly. It would be nice to use them the way I like without feeling pressure to use them quickly at once. Maybe next month I want to do a massage and a facial. Everything is very clean and all the staff is so friendly! I love coming here. The most relaxing part of my month that I look forward to very much.
