As a regular customer/client, the reception staff is familiar with me and makes me feel very welcome. Debbie, the massage therapist, is always attentive to the needs I have for each session, as they may change depending on my physical training. My only suggestion/request has to do with my membership and redeeming points. It would be great if points could be redeemed for aromatherapy!
