When I called in to make an appointment, the receptionist made me feel like she cared about her job. When I entered to check in the receptionist was knowledgeable, and very friendly. Misty, who gave me the massage was very nice explained what she was doing. Asked if I had any issues and was concerned of the pressure throughout the massage.
