The receptionist greeted me at the door by name and had my paperwork ready. As there was an available massage spot open after my time (I went in for a facial) she asked if I wanted a massage and took care of all of the details, including checking my account for points and packages. I met a new massage therapist who worked on specific areas that she found. She could tell at a touch where my trouble spots were. Overall, it was a great experience. I am always impressed with the professionalism and knowledge demonstrated by the Hand and Stone staff.

I went right in when I arrived. Everyone was friendly. Very relaxing hour.

Massage therapist “Savannah and Juan” are uniquely talented in massage therapy and provide the best massage. I only recently started with facials and have had different specialists liking them all.

I am always satisfied with my facials. Jim is very professional, polite and knowledgeable. He knows my skin and takes his time to ask me questions about my previous facial.

Sam was great! He was highly professional. He was also very attentive.
