Hand and Stone

The Hand and Stone facility is pretty and decorated nicely for all the seasons. It is always clean and inviting. They have goodies out for you, such as very nice teas. The temperature in the waiting area and the massage rooms are always perfect. Melanie is always my therapist. She is always pleasant, and always checks with me if all is ok. She asks if I want the fan on or the heated pad on. And always addresses any issues I might have, and asked if I feel better when I am done. :-)
