Well my fiancé booked a massage and a facial and upon leaving they had no recollection of this even though it was on the account. The lady he spoke to was there also. Please put notes when your booking appointments it was kind of embarrassing that I had to call my fiancé at work. If he would not have answered , then I would have had to pay for my birthday gift. Other than that everything was fine.

Misty is an excellent therapist and is so welcoming! Easy use of gift cards. But front desk did not ask if I wanted another appt and did not offer any specials that may have been available.

Savannah is the best! I was a big fan of Casey but Savannah miles better. I know that I'm always really tight in my shoulders and neck. She manages to make me feel better and completely loose!

Therapist was Personalbe and listened to you and did work on problem areas.

My appointment is always on time. The massage therapist always asks if there are any areas that need extra attention, and if there are any areas to avoid. She also asks if the pressure that she is applying is neither too strong or too light.
