I have been a client for over 8.5 years, so many of the staff members know me well and treat me like a loyal client. For example, Jessica (front desk) and Debbie (massage therapist) know I prefer an earlier appointment time, so they called me a few hours prior to my scheduled appointment time to alert me to an earlier opening. I gladly accepted it! :)
