Always prompt. Waiting area is very relaxing and nicely kept. My massage therapist, Mel, always does a great job, she is pleasant, prompt, always asks how I feel and if I have hay areas of concern.I have been having massages monthly with Mel for the past few years.

Appointment was on time. Atmosphere nice and relaxing. The therapist made my neck feel better after the treatment.

I enjoy my visits to Hand & Stone. The staff is wonderful from the first person that I meet when I walk through the door to the therapist that puts my body back together! I have never had reason to complain about anything other than I think there should be a “nap room” after a relaxing massage!😂 It is becoming a luxury in a tanking economy. I’m hoping that I can keep my membership. The price keeps going up but paychecks don’t, sadly.

I am always very satisfied with a massage by Mary. We engage in good conversation. She is always very friendly, pleasant and thorough in her services.

My masseuse was nice and gave a great massage. She hit my target areas. She helped relief some stress I have been having. I wish I could get one every week!
