Shirley is an absolutely terrific masseuse. We usually do a deep tissue massage and this time we did just a general relaxation massage, but she remembered some of my aches and pains and gave them special attention.

My massage therapist was very good. She concentrated on the areas I told her I had problems with. I was upset that one of the gift cards I had was expired. I don't think that is fair. I purchased these and I am not in the position to pamper myself much and when I found out that I couldn't use it, I was upset. I think this is bad practice.

It was easy to make an appointment at the time I desired. My therapist,Lauren, was one of the best I’ve ever had. I will defiantly ask for her again.

Ana was so nice, warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. This was my first facial ever, and Ana repeatedly made sure I was comfortable and enjoying myself. She was awesome!! She did such a great job.

This was my first facial in nearly 15 years because my last experience at a different spa was very painful and uncomfortable. With that being said, Ana made any reservations I had disappear from the moment she greeted me! She took the time to explain each step of the process, what the product or instrument she was using was, and its purpose/effect on my skin. I was able to fully relax and actually enjoy myself. She also gave me advice for at home skin care, as well as samples to use so I can decide if I like something before I buy it! I genuinely look forward to my next appointment with Ana; she's the reason I'll be back!
