Love everything about your location and services. The only thing I would like to see is a choice of massage oils used for my treatment. There should be different scents available at no charge like other places have it

I have been with Hand and Stone for approx. 3 years and I always have a good experience. Two of my former masseurs left the area and I am equally pleased with the third one i have had experience with. Her name is Yanery and she is excellent. I feel most anyone who worked with me would be just as qualified. Thanks for having such a delightful experience in store for your patrons. The ladies at the front desk are a delight. My facial with Andera was also a wonderful experience. I am pleased all the way around.

The facility is extremely clean. My aesthetician is extremely thorough and knowledgeable and friendly. I felt like my service was both relaxing and beneficial for my health. I would absolutely recommend Hand and Stone in Mercato.

I had a great experience in my first visit. Vladimir was knowledgeable and he focused on the area i had the pain. The place was clean and had a nice ambiance. Friendly staff. I just missed being called by my name when i arrived, as I already had an appointment, but after filing the form they did. For me that is a minor observation. Overall great experience.

Adore Aundrea who takes very good care of my needs. I did point out that the overhead filter needs cleaned and she said that she has been telling the management that for months. Therefore the whole spa must need a deep cleaning, not just the surfaces which do look nice.
