Therapist was knowledgeable and made sure I was comfortable. She asked for my input on what I wanted.

Cary is a great massage therapist. Front desk seems a bit short on staff. Annoying when you have to wait 5 minutes to pay because there is only one person at the desks.

It was very relaxing and I felt very at ease and comfortable right away. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The overall experience was great, especially considering it was my first facial, I was very impressed.

Martha was was so sweet and incredibly knowledgeable about my skin. She made a point to tell me about each product and how it would help my skin. I’ve only had a few facials since I have sensitive skin and fear that it will not be treated that way, but Martha put my mind at ease and after my facial my skin has never looked healthier. Thanks to Martha I will probably end up getting a membership with Hand and Stone.

I always receive a high level of quality service. Iayla, my massage therapist, is supportive of my health goals. The value for a monthly membership is affordable, so I can give a nice gratuity. I do think, however, that $30 for the upgrade on the Himalayan Hot Stone is a bit high. Thanks.

Ana is amazing. After seeing her multiple times she knows my skin and it’s effortless to communicate my needs. The front staff is the best group there yet! In the past it was hot or miss, but the front desk attendants are all amazing, professional, warm and friendly. It Lmoat feels like new management in the best way possible.

The massage therapist was very professional. The massage therapist relieved the tension in my neck.The Massage room was very relaxing with the dim lights and low music. The massage therapist combined reflexology with a regular foot massage.

The store was very clean and well kept. My appointment was on time and ended on time. I felt very welcome by all staff. I wasn’t hassled to buy a membership.
