After been disappointed in another branch of Hand & Stone which I will not be returning to this one ticked all the boxes. Therapist was very professional did an amazing facial listened to my needs and my head massage with oil was 100% better than my previous one . Ana my therapist was very good at her job and will go back to her again .

I have the massage therapist of my choice after choosing among several and she is highly capable. The atmosphere is inviting, and the proximity to where I live is excellent .

My esthetician, Natalie was very knowledgeable, made suggestions in a no sales pressure way but rather in clients best interest. She recognized issues I had and knew a massage expertise was more appropriate and suggested I consider it. Her attentional to my facial was wonderful. Overall an excellent experience.

I have had many facials over my 66 years. I must tell you that Natalie gave me the best facial I have ever experienced.
