On time like the overall knowledge of therapists and easy booking.

Room was small with equipment chairs etc. have been to many H and S, this is the best. Waiting room is not spa like.

the service is excellent and the experience most pleasant. the location is convenient to my home.

The massage therapist knew what she was doing. Everything was very clean. The staff was amazing as well. I came out a new man leaving the massage room.

Carie and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. There are some therapists though that are not very experienced or good, so it takes some time to find the right one. I don't like that I can't use my points for other upgrades or services anymore. that's a bummer, other than that I am still happy with the place and will come back.

Babita is a phenomenal massage therapist.

I always see one specific massage therapist and she is always so welcoming and remembers everything I like. The receptionists are always so kind and I am always seen very promptly.

I requested a deep tissue massage to relieve pain I was experiencing in my back and neck areas. Casey was a new therapist to me, but she delivered an excellent pain-relieving massage focusing on the areas in need. She really cared about the amount of pressure I needed in order to receive pain relief and asked me to give her feedback during the massage. She told me that massage is her passion, and it shows! I left the massage room pain free. As a result, I plan to be receiving many more massages from Casey!
