Exceptional massage, very good facial, on time services

I was visiting Mom so that is why don't know when will return, but definitely will when back in town! Raquel was terrific and used the right amount of pressure and time on each area. Very relaxing!

Therapist is wonderful. Delayed start but think made up for it in the end. Only one receptionist who was busy with another customer upon my arrival. Had to wait in line to check in.

Yanary was amazing. I arrived at my appointment with back pain and a small spasm. I left renewed! Simply amazing! Thank you

My only prior experience with massage has been while on vacation. I live here and am starting on a regular routine and I really like H&S. I'm trying different people and so far both folks have been really good. I'm in this for relax/Swedish, reduce stress for at least a little while.I'll be asking for mare/different experiences as I visit more, which I'm looking forward to.

I am a member in NJ & also love to use the Hand and Stone in Naples. I was able to make a last minute appt. which was great. I guess because it was off season. My therapist was Iala who was wonderful. I will definitely ask for her again.

Receptionist was helpful and Shirley did s wonderful job .

I enjoy the location. I appreciate the cleanliness of the Spa! And I found the treatments (facial and massage )beneficial for my needs . Wish there were more treatments in the facial département (such as eye brow tinting)!
