Fernando always asks which areas need work and he genuinely cares about his clients’ health and comfort. The space is welcoming and clean. I also use all your Dermalogica products (I use 7 of them). I only wish your reception staff were more knowledgeable about the skin care products. They are happy to give samples but can rarely answer questions and there’s rarely and aesthetician available to ask. In the past your reception staff suggested I could set a time to visit and ask the aesthetician, but that’s inconvenient for me (and not a good sales technique for your company)

Your therapist are top notch. I have very bad shoulders and have severe nerve damage in my left foot. Always have a pillow ready so I can prop my foot up so it doesn’t touch anything at all.
