My experiences with Hand & Stone have been very comfortable and enjoyable. It has been very easy for me to make appointments with the same person since I have come to this location and Chloe has been so kind and pleasant.

The massage therapist and receptionist were very kind; made it easy to relax. Massage therapist was very professional, worked with me to address my concerns.

From the time you walk in, H&S is a relaxing experience. The ambiance is relaxing: the music is just loud enough to relax you, there's always fragrance in the air- just enough to be pleasant but not overwhelming. Everyone makes you feel welcome and relaxed. The rooms are just as nice- music is soothing, lighting is dimmed to relax and not stress and the fragrance is nice too.

Jill the receptionist is so special she’s friendly, professional, always calls me by name. I always look forward to seeing her. I’ve been going to Babita for years and she’s amazing.
