My massage was excellent, and IALA is a wonderful therapist. I love the relaxing environment and the pleasant staff. Very clean rooms, and facility.

My therapist is wonderful! She works on my tough spots & makes sure to stretch out my muscles - keep me limber. She remembers what I like and what I need.

Andrea was excellent and listen to my needs. There was a bit of a confusion on the use of our gift cards but nothing major. Overall great experience

A nice clean friendly place

I was ready to cancel my membership, I was not happy with the estheticians. I felt they were cutting time on my facials. They would start at 10 or 15 past the hour and finish 10 minutes before, instead of getting a 50 minute facial, I would receive a 35-40 minute facial. I have not had that issue with Zoraida. I am very happy with the quality of the facial I receive from Zoraida.
