Hand and Stone

This was my very first massage ever and I chose the hot stone massage. My niece got this one and enjoyed it. I would come back for it again. Bethany was wonderful

She was wonderful and her pressure was perfect. She checked in with me to be sure the pressure was good

The therapist did an amazing job. I asked for a deep tissue, and she was perfect. Everything else was great.

When I called to book my appointment the receptionist was friendly and helpful. There were multiple times available that worked with my schedule and although the esthetician I asked for was no longer available, she chose someone who she thought would be great. She was right, my experience from start to finish was lovely and just what I needed. My products were in stock too and the front desk offered to apply my existing credit as a discount to my added services. Lovely and efficient!

My therapist Yanari is very professional and very good!

I booked my appointment over the phone, when I came in they said I did not have an appointment. However, the person who did, had canceled last minute. I am pretty sure they must have put the wrong person in my spot when booking. I waited a few extra minutes, worked out ok. The receptionists were highly involved in personal conversations, and talking about themselves, delaying the time it took for me to leave, or ask the questions I needed about my next booking. Massage therapist is excellent. There have always been some issues with front desk, but that is happening everywhere now days.
