My massage therapist is very good and extremely professional. She apologized that the appointment was a few minutes late which i totally appreciated. She also listened to my requests and worked on my sore neck and shoulders. Great massage

I have used Hand and Stone several years. I live 6 months in Menomonee Falls WI where there is also a Hand and Stone. I Love that I have the Hand and Stone in both locations. The service is amaizing. I look forward to going to my appointments as it is uplifting even as I walk in the door. The esthetician's advice to add an upgrade to hydrate my skin made a big difference. Friends noticed it and commented.

I used the same therapist each time. She knows where my weak points are and addresses them each time to lessen the pain.

The massage therapist did an excellent job addressing my problem areas. She asked if the pressure was good and make sure I was comfortable.
