Once I arrived I couldn’t be more pleased. However I called for an appointment at 10 am and left a message. I didn’t get a return call til 6 pm 8 hours later! That did not make me happy and I was thinking about forgetting it altogether. Glad I went and will go back again but you need to revamp your reception appointment making.
