Hand and Stone

I've always had a very positive experience at Hand and Stone. I'm greeted promptly when I arrive for my appointment and never wait long in the reception area. My therapist Lauren, is exceptional. She is highly skilled and understands my needs. I trust her completely..it's very evident she cares about her clientele. It's very easy checking out and scheduling my next appointments. All the reception staff are very professional and proficient at the front desk area. Great experience and value for the money. I would highly recommend.

I may have made a mistake on a couple of things but I meant for all answers to be very satisfied.
