I was treated respectfully, and had a service by someone that was truly engaged and knowledgeable. I was offered options, and asked For feedback several times during service.

Hector is excellent and I come back for him. Other therapists have not been as great. Would be easier if we can book online. System not so friendly and better to just call.

Thé massage was great ! The ambiance in the room and in the waiting room is nice too The therapist did a great job , but the massage was only 40 minutes long

I HAD EIOLA FOR THE FIRST TIME AND LIKED THE MASSAGE SHE GAVE ME. I WAS DISSAPOINTED CARI LEFT, BUT EIOLA IS JUST AS GOOD IF NOT BETTER. BOTH LADIES ARE VERY NICE. I REALLY LIKE THE BUY ONE GET ONE FREE, BETTER THAN THE BUY TWO GET ONE FREE. THERE SHOULD BE SPECIAL PRICES FOR MEMBERS THAT ARE YEAR ROUND RESIDENTS FROM TIME TO TIME.

I had call to ask if technician are vaccinated. I was told they don’t ask. So I waited to make appointments. I put my account on hold to use them up and decided with $10 raise in price and if it is safe to continue

Such friendly people throughout the facility! Smelled great upon entering. My therapist listened to my request to relax during my massage.

Jaz does a nice job. My actual FACIAL TIME WAS 45 MINUTES.
