The girls at the desk are very nice. I love Babita who has done my facials. Even my dermatologist complimented how great my skin looks!

Bianca was exceptional. I’ve been getting facials here in Naples for 30 years. She’s is among the best. The receptionist was also excellent. Friendly & knowledgeable. I’ve recommended Bianca to several of my friends knowing they won’t be disappointed.

I was very dissatisfied that the membership rate went up. We just joined and I was interested in using this more but due to the increase, actually downgraded my membership. I understand this was a corporate decision. Secondly, I’m usually very pleased but this time I ran over about 20 minutes which was a lot.
