Rachel my therapist was perfect. Just the right amount of pressure and provided a wonderful experience.

The therapist did an excellent job. Very nice facility, however upon checking out I was told of the increase in the monthly rate. Very disappointed as I have been a member for more than 6 years and as a long standing member I believe corporate should consider not raising rates for long term members. Tired of the excuse of rate increase due to Covid. Rates were raised just over a year ago and now again??? There are other options available and I know when I joined, they gave me a discount for being a teacher, no longer.

Mandi was great friendly knowledgeable great recommendations on products. Highy recommend her going back in threee weeks and can’t wait. Also I joined for membership.

The deep tissue massage was very well done by the therapist. I have no complaints about the service and will likely book again. My only minor issue was that I called for an appointment one day, left a message, and I didn’t get a call back until the following day. Otherwise all good.

I found a therapist that I like and always feel great when I leave. So I repeat the process on a regular basis.
