My esthetician Mandi is AMAZING. So knowledgeable and kind. She remembered me from my first appointment and noticed my skin was noticeably clearer (thanks to her and her recommendations!) Mandi is my reason for continuing my membership with Hand & Stone, she was absolutely wonderful. Front staff was friendly as well, very welcoming environment.

Raquel is the best massage therapist! Am very fDisappointed that I cannot get appointments with her as she works very few hours I work full-time and it is very difficult to get an appointment with a good therapist

We've enjoy our treatments at the Naples Mercado location for several years. But haven't been back since the pandemic. This was our first time back and it was relaxing as well as therapeutic. We made a follow-up for next month.

The whole staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable. Hector is always on time and is an AMAZING massage therapist. I always leave extremely relaxed and looking forward to my next appointment!
