Tanya gave me the best massage I’ve had at Hand & Stone. I would return for her again. However, I do not find the skill level of your staff to be consistent at all locations. The Mercato location is at the top.

I have had a membership at Hand and Stone for about year. I absolutely love the relaxation and benefit from the service. As a working 74 year old nurse I sometimes have a specific area to be worked as the lower back. My therapist Jessica has always meet my needs and listened with interest. She is aware of what my last session attention and remembers I do not like a heated bed. They are all very professional and reception is eager to make experience an extra value since infrequent use during COVID.

Joanne, the receptionist, was very pleasant when I phoned and very helpful in explaining the possibilities of membership or one time sessions. Also, when I checked in Joanne greeted me and remembered our phone call. Joanne again explained the payment possibilities when I checked out. Hector, the therapist, was outstanding as he really helped me with my back/hip problem.

I have received consistent high quality services during my 6-year membership. The massage technicians are positive, courteous and professional. The facials are always luxurious.
