Other than your insistence on keeping us and the therapists qearing masks, it was fine. The usual. I really dislike that you have kept the masks. Very arbitrary for the customer to wear it in the lobby for 5 sec then in the room without for an hour. Then the poor therapist having to wear it the whole time. I'm fine if you made it a voluntary opt in. The mandate it was irks me.

My therapist Vladimir is very professional, understands and communicates tips to alleviate some of my stress points between appointments. He is why I continue my membership.

My massage therapist (Tanya) is the ultimate as far as therapists. She is professional, extremely knowledgeable, and is magically able to identify all body areas that need specific attention. Tanya has a great personality and can be considered a Massage Goddess.
