I waited for my 3:00 pm appt. approximately almost 20 minutes. The massage therapist I was scheduled to have did not show up. The assistant manager & staff tried to call her but to no avail. One of the other massage therapists, Cary, was nice enough to stay longer to accommodate me. She was excellent. The manager was nice enough to give me an upgrade for my inconvenience. I have always been happy with Hand and Stone!!l
