I love trina she is the best, she is a friend and looks out for me. I trust her with my facial needs and she never let me down. Although I will say that the waiting room can use some love. They use to have the different water flavors I looked forward to after the session. It would be nice if it wasn’t so bright in the waiting room. Ii would also be nice to start the relaxation in the waiting room. Like the music and the ambiance.

My facial was outstanding. I do not remember the girls name but she was extremely caring and nice. Because of her I will be back

Torey was amazing!!! Professional and effective. I’m a big guy and the pressure was just right. The ambiance was very relaxing!

My esthetician Leah is very nice but sometimes I question her knowledge on certain things. She frequently mispronounces things like salycilic acid or Tretinoin and it makes me question if she even knows what those things are, which is pretty scary because I’m assuming she went to a reputable school that taught her these things. It makes me question the depth of her knowledge. I want to get a facial with someone can critically think about what my skin needs and use products to address those concerns. Not someone just going with the flow of what I necessarily want to do but doing what I need. I’m not the expert and I want to go to someone who is. I however do like Leah and will continue to go to her until I have an issue. I travel a lot and have been to many different hand and stones. I have had great experiences and not so great experiences. I am privileged to live in a place with multiple hand and stones so I have moved to different locations after bad experiences. I think I am comfortable with Leah at this time
