The therapist is very knowledgeable on how to deal with sore spots. Her pressure and movements are enjoyable not rough. She also overs ideas for relaxing some hard spots.

My massage therapist did a great job on my problem. Areas asked great questions and just overall had a great demeanor. It was raining and when I called to say, I was running a few minutes late the receptionist was really sweet and nice and when I got there was super nice, overall had a great experience.

I absolutely love the Hand & Stone located in Columbia Maryland. The staff is very welcoming and helpful for every question or need. Ms.Rachel is very efficient and has amazing hands! Love love love this place.
