I always appreciate Donna's questions about my well being and the advice she offers to correct various issues. She is very thorough and takes pride in her work.

The therapist always asks me if there is anything she can work on specific and if there is an area that needs more attention. She will give me some suggestions on products as well. I always feel great when I leave.

I have been getting massages from Donna for several months. She is wonderful! She addresses my aches and takes extra care to work on those areas. I always come away feeling better.

Excellent customer service

The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful in checking me in for and out of my appointment. My esthetician has been working on my face for a year and I have seen tremendous improvements in my acne clearing, my skin tone evening and brightening and a decrease in wrinkle appearance on my forehead. Her proactive approach combined with the great array of available upgrades (light therapy, treatment masks and dermal serums) have kept me coming back every month.

I booked an appointment for two massages that was interpreted as a couples massage by the receptionist. Under this assumption, the massage therapists waited for my guest to finish her paperwork before guiding both of us to the massage room. When we told them that it was in fact two individual massages at the same time, they quickly rectified the mistake and provided excellent services.

Jazmyn was very knowledgeable and helped work through my problem areas. Carly (front desk) was pleasant and inviting.
