Shayla is the reason I keep returning to Hand & Stone Columbia. She is very professional and personal to my needs. I enjoy my appointment time and believe my skin benefits from my facials.

Everyone was very friendly. The massage therapist did a great job. Everything was perfectly on time. I received a gift certificate that I used for this massage. If not for that, I wouldn't have gone. It's very expensive at Hand and Stone.

Very friendly staff, great massage, calming environment. The only issue I have with my visits is that I always feel pressured at the end to sign up for the yearly membership. I understand that the receptionists probably have to talk about with each client, but I don’t get massages often and am not interested in the program so it’s always a source of slight anxiety when the receptionists keep trying to get me to sign up after I’ve politely declined.
