My esthetician was amazing. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I feel very comfortable being there. All the staff is very friendly and welcoming.

My experiences at this Hand and Stone have all been positive. The staff is very considerate. My concerns surround the online scheduling. It seems everytime I try to schedule on line there is an issue. The system doesn't seem to recognize that I'm a member. When I try to get offers that were advertised in an email they never get applied. If I am able to use an offer, it is because a receptionist made it happen, sometimes cancelling the online reservation and starting over. Please improve the online system! I often am working on my schedule and want to make my appointments when the store isn't open.

My massage therapist understood the assignment. I asked for a specialized massage and she was able to do that particular one. She was also very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. I highly recommend her and will be see her again.

Anna was excellent and she helped me to relax which is what I greatly needed! She was very friendly, bubbly and I loved her spirit! I would recommend her to all my family and friends!
