Exceptional environment with friendly staff. Very relaxing massage relieving my aches and pains. My massage therapist was very friendly and professional. Signed up for the lifestyle program for wonderful repeat service.

Hannah was awesome. She explained all of the 'add ons' for my facial, she did not make me feel pressured to purchase any of the add ons (I did purchase an add on, products, monthly subscription and booked my next appointment.)

From the time I entered the lobby area and went into the massage room, everyone was very pleasant. All areas were very clean. ''Jose" hit all all of the areas that I complained about being very tensed in. I felt extremely good when I left and cannot wait; until my next appointment in December.

Hannah is a fantastic esthetician. She is professional, compassionate, helpful and her pressure when performing the facial is perfect. I feel she takes excellent care of my skin while making me feel comfortable. I hope she will stay with Hand and Stone for a long time.

Hand and Stone in Columbia, MD was a relaxed, fun-filled experience. Staff was respectful, friendly, and accommodating. Massuse, Ms. Rachel, was polite, and took care of my tense areas. This place is better then the one Delran, NJ.

Ms.Donna is fantastic. She is friendly and I always feel relaxed after my massage. She spends time on my trouble areas and is communicative.
