The employees are always friendly. The People doing the service are always knowledgeable as to the treatment. They are very professional.

The massage therapist was excellent. In tune with her clients and wonderful in her knowledge of how to apply pressure where and when. She is also wonderful relating to her clients needs, when to stay quiet , when to talk! One of the best experiences getting a massage at Hand amd Stone to this day!

The overall ambiance and feel of the spa was wonderful. I relaxed the moment I arrived. Staff were very welcoming. Massage was perfect!!

I've been to other locations so it looks like the location needs a little upkeep.
