Hand and Stone

My massage therapist was Torri and she was amazing. She was very gentle but firm, she asked what areas I wanted to focus on and I said none in particular just wanted a good massage and she did just that. I scheduled another massage for next month and a couples massage in September for my husband and I.

As a first time visitor, the receptionist was very helpful in scheduling my appointment and explaining the various services. The availability of an appointment was a lot sooner than I expected. When I arrived for my appointment, the therapist was very polite, thorough, well trained and did a fantastic job at working on some shoulder pain I was experiencing.

Amazing staff. Very professional, very welcoming. I loved the atmosphere of the place. Very clean, the massage was amazing. I will most defitnley be coming back. The front desk and massage staff need a raise immediately. It doesnt get no better than the staff in Columbia.

Rachel and Tori are amazing and really listen to my concerns and trouble areas. They remember me every time I come and it saves time in explaining my issues and pain. The staff is always friendly and welcoming.

Friendly, knowledgeable, caring, cleanliness staff. I prefer to have the lights lower during the service.

Miss Terrie was great, professional and outstanding, she made me aware of the benefits of a membership so I joined.

For the first time of me visiting this location I was really impressed with the service, the friendliness, the atmosphere of the location and just the overall customer service was awesome !! I ended up becoming a member due to the exceptional service!

Personnel were extremely friendly and very professional. Facility was emaculate. Hanna was outstanding.
